A Bible Verse:
My room is covered in Bible verses. Each of them means something to me and gets me through a different situation. Above my bed reads "A cheerful heart is good medicine" (Proverbs 17:22). I love Proverbs because there is always something there for a heart in need for advice. I also have Proverbs 3:5-6 ("Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding...") and Psalm 37:4 ("Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.") written on my mirror.
Those are some of the Bible verses that get me through from day to day BUT my favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9. This is also my brother's favorite verse which I have always loved this fact that we share this.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” -Joshua 1:9
